Our Quality Policy

As Helco Petrokimya Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, our main goal is to provide reliable, fast, and sustainable service in the international trade of petrochemical raw materials, meeting the expectations of all our stakeholders at the highest level.
We define quality not only by the technical suitability of our products but also by the excellence of all our commercial processes.
To fulfill this commitment, we have determined our core principles as follows:

Logistics and Supply Chain Management: To manage all processes from the manufacturer to the end-user (transport, storage, customs clearance) quickly and accurately, in accordance with international logistics standards.
To conduct continuous improvement and process optimization activities to increase efficiency and minimize the risk of error in our business processes.
To comply with the requirements of the Quality Management System, such as [E.g.: ISO 9001:2015], in all our processes (procurement, sales, logistics) and continuously enhance the effectiveness of our system.

Quality Control in Supplier Relations:
To meticulously evaluate and select our suppliers based on quality standards, environmental sensitivity, and ethical trading principles.
To secure product quality in every batch we trade through independent surveillance organizations and to provide the necessary analysis certificates upon our customers' request.

To fully comply with national and international trade laws, environmental, and safety regulations applicable in all geographies where we operate.
To conduct continuous training and awareness activities to ensure that our employees and business partners act in line with this Quality Policy and our Ethical Principles.
