KVKK Data Controller's Notice

As Helco Petrokimya, acting as the "Data Controller" under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), we process, retain, and transfer your personal data in accordance with the Law. This text has been prepared to inform you about the processes of your personal data processing.

    • Commercial Transaction Data: Invoice details, order details, request and complaint records.

    Your personal data is processed in line with the purposes listed below, in accordance with the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK:

    Your personal data is collected within the scope of the relationship established with our Company, either wholly or partially by automatic means, or by non-automatic means provided that it is part of a data recording system, through the following methods:

    Your processed personal data may be transferred, provided that the above purposes are realized and the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK are met, to:
    • Our business partners and third parties from whom we receive services, such as Logistics Companies, Customs Brokers, and Independent Audit Firms, which are necessary for the execution of our commercial activities.
    • Legal Authorities and Official Institutions/Organizations, due to legal requirements or in line with the demands of authorized bodies.

  • 6. Data Subject's Rights Under KVKK:
    As a personal data subject, you have the following rights in accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK:
    1. To learn whether your personal data is processed.
    2. To request information regarding the processing, if processed.
    3. To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used appropriately for its purpose.
    4. To know the third parties to whom the personal data is transferred domestically or abroad.
    5. To request rectification if the personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed.
    6. To request the erasure or destruction of the personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK.
    7. To request that the operations carried out pursuant to clauses (5) and (6) above be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred.
    8. To object to the emergence of a result against the person due to the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems.
    9. To request compensation for the damage if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

    You can submit your applications for exercising the rights listed above to our Company in accordance with Article 13 of the KVKK and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, in writing or by using a registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the email address previously notified to us and registered in our system.
